Shipping Information
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for delivery of items shipped in the US. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation Next day Orders are shipped with Express Priority with delivery confirmation please add shipping option to your cart at checkout. You will be charged the express fee plus regular shipping for Express Priority. Office hours - Monday- Friday 8 am to 4pm . Orders taken before 2.00pm will be sent out sameday after 2.00pm sent out nextday Next Day is Not available Internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
We do not accept goods returned to Beaded Jewels except in the following circumstances: We accept goods returned that have been un-opened and unused - within 7 working days. We cannot accept goods back that have been used or opened. If you have received the wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt. No Returns will be accepted without Prior Authorization- You must contact us, and we must agree to accept it. Returns arriving without prior Authorization will be refused. All returns should be made within 7 days following after the date of delivery and be sent back to us by Recorded Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method requiring our signature upon receipt of goods. We will refund the value of the goods on receipt of them, we advise you to send them registered/recorded so that there is evidence of postage if the goods do not turn up. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice. Please note that all prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars. Reasonable allowance (re: delivery) should be made for orders made over the weekend and during National Holidays.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We endeavour to respond to any complaint within 5 working days. It is the aim of Beaded Jewels to resolve complaints within 7 working days. PAYMENT
Beaded Jewels will take payment via on-line sales using Credit Card, cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Bank. Credit verified orders will be confirmed by email. Unverified orders will be notified by email. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

All transactions are cleared through Paypal using a secure socket layer. 128 bit SSL is used. Credit card details will only be requested within this secure area.
